Multiple reports online that USA may soon be appointing a temporary acting president. An emergency meeting is scheduled for tomorrow. Does anyone have any insight into Pres. Moulton's condition?
He's had health issues the last couple of years. Not sure what's happening right now.
I know he has been in the office a few hours over the last couple of weeks.
I have no real idea.
A couple of the Vice Presidents commented to me that his condition was about what you would expect.
They were neutral in their affect so I could read nothing.
I believe the significant level of his brain surgery has always created questions about the level of his recovery.

He had surgery on a brain tumor a few months back.
My guess is John Smith, VP of Student Affairs, takes over. Many felt that when he was brought in back in '08 I think, that he was being groomed for the position.
Today I’ll take any kind of passion. Just care! Complain, moan, groan, or call for somebody’s head. CARE !! - OJ
Reports are true. So far from what I've heard, it's not looking good for President Moulton unfortunately.
Class of '14. Go Jags! South in your Mouth!
Very disheartening. President Moulton truly loves the University and understands our plight as Alumni and future students. Having been around USA for so long, he knew what it meant for us to be considered a "real" university under the shadow of the Plains and Capstone. His successor has big shoes to fill. Prayers to the President's family.

He's been a great president.
I hope he comes through this.
I asked around. The consensus is that he is just taking some time off to rest and recuperate. He plans to be back in time for the 50th anniversary celebration.
He speaks the truth. Just talked with PR who said the same.
Per Vanguard: "Chairman Yance says the board influenced Gordon Moulton to take a 90 day leave of absence. Dr. John Smith will be the temporary president of USA."
