Hollinger tweeted this morning:
"The devil has tried many time to keep me down but mark my word one day everybody will know my name...it's been fun south."
Anyone have the inside scoop with Hollinger? He made some big plays last year. I was hoping him and Saxton would continue to develop in our offense.
"It's only after you've lost everything that you're free to do anything." -Tyler Durden
That doesn't sound good.
... apparently, grades and school work are the devil.
Maybe we can get another 15-20 lbs on ShaVarez Smith by the fall and he can take that spot.
Wow! This is a big loss........

... on the field and with the APR
Wow, this will really suck if he is leaving. Probably the one player i had the higest hopes for in the coming year. When we did target him, was good for 15 yards a catch easliy. He made for some matchup hells for opposing defenses, combined with Saxton, a damn good duo. Please say it ain't so.
Sorry I can't oblige.
Well, thanks. I was beginning to be a little optimistic for 2013. I hope this doesn't hinder the team in finalizing the transion to the FBS. USA needs to make so noise other than "playing tough in big games".
22 catches for 321 yards and 2 TDs.......5th on the team in receptions.
Someone else is going to have to step up.
Sexton is right in front of him with 23 receptions. Hopefully, he'll just get more snaps.
Checked the roster Ryan Onkka TE 6-4 240.Whats the scoop on him ?
Hollinger is going to be missed. Great size, good speed and decent hands. Good Luck.
How do you fail out going into your senior year? Not a good reflection on our academic people and the te coach. Come on, you have to do whatever it takes to keep these guys on the field. Huge loss....hate that.
If the kid ain't willin' or is just unable to do what it takes, there's not much a coach or academic counselor can do.
Horizontally enhanced, vertically challenged, follically impaired...
Wow! I viewed him as the best returning starter on offense. That is really gonna hurt. I hope Sexton can be as productive by himself as he was with Hollinger.
Hollinger always had troubles academically. He had to sit out as a freshman.
Good read by Tommy hicks on Hollinger, the Fuller twins, and coaches.
"Faster horses, Younger women, Older whiskey, More money"
What is the deal with the Fuller twins not enrolling until May? Was this expected when they signed?
Wasn't expected. This sort of thing almost always means that they didn't pass enough classes to graduate in December, so they will have to sign again in February and join the team for summer workouts.
It really stinks because they could have backcounted to 2012 if they had signed in December.
Tommy Hicks called them "highly-touted". I'm not sure I would agree, although I hope they become successful USA players.
How many of the January signees count back to last year?
South is a difficult school for some non student athletes ( my daughter and I). So, I understand.
JAG FAN SINCE <><>
How did the visit with Aaron Batten go? Do we have a realistic chance of landing him to help fill the void left by Hollinger?
