We will miss Freddie on the court.
"Faster horses, Younger women, Older whiskey, More money"
Bad news. I hate it for Freddie and the team.
That sucks. I really liked Freddie and I'll miss seeing him playing. At least he received a grand exit. I loved how everyone chanted "Freddie, Freddie" as he was helped off the court.
Class of '14. Go Jags! South in your Mouth!
Extremely disappointing. He was one of my favorite players to watch and a fan favorite, even if a bit streaky. I will very much miss seeing him suit up as a jaguar.
He had his flaws but always played hard and made some big shots in his brief career.
I'll miss you, FJG. Shalom!
Man! I hate this...LOVED to watch him play!
Didn't Goldstein set a USA record for 3-pointers made in a game? At Troy last year, I believe. I'm sad Tommy Hicks didn't mention that.
Though he did mention that USA spokesman Matt Horne "conformed" the injury news.

I'm a machine, jerk!
The number in one game was 9 for Freddie and he did it twice last year. Why is it all over, is it to late for a medical redshirt??

Yes, it is too late.
Horizontally enhanced, vertically challenged, follically impaired...
I will miss watching Freddie. I still hope to see him and wish him well. He was full of energy!!!
For the Red, White, & Blue: Go Jags!
Lee just mentioned on The Courtroom Show that they are thinking after surgery Freddie could possibly make it back in time for the conference tourney. How probable would that be? We have what, 5-6 weeks until the tourney?
The way I heard it was the other day, FJG told Lee he might be able to make it back as he was waiting on a second opinion, and the results of that second opinion agreed with the original diagnosis that he needs surgery which will end his season/career.
Since they've had radio transmission issues Lee has revisited some earlier topics, and Coach Price has said that Freddie was indeed done for the year. Freddie had told Lee earlier that he hoped to come back for the tournament, but it is not meant to be.
Maybe if we make the Final Four................and the final game goes to 100 overtimes..............oh well.
